Plants & Herbs 5 Week Course: 
“I signed up for an herbal online course with Joseph back in March/April of 2022. 
He sent me a great outline of what I would be studying in an easy to understand format. 
The course was 5 one hour sessions and he even gave me a bonus session! 
We did the class in a teleconference format. I was able to take notes and later able to download for a permanent record so I could go back and review. 
It’s a good thing. I learned a lot over that 5 week period about plant identification, soils, food preservatives and some practical applications on how to use the herbs and teas which I had ordered from him. 
Joseph has a plethora of knowledge regarding the different types of pine trees. That is definitely his area of expertise, and I learned a lot about the pine tree. 
I really had no idea how nutritionally packed and medicinal the pine tree really was, until I took this course. 
I will definitely continue to drink my North Eastern White Pine Tea with it’s abundance of Vitamin C, as well as many other benefits.
Joseph was always kind, courteous, professional and flexible with class schedules and was always prepared. 
He was very patient, and always ready to answer my questions.
He was always willing to go back and answer any questions I had about previous classes.
