She attended the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) where she received both a B.S. in Management Studies (minor in Communications) and an MBA.

Earline has extensive experience in grant research and writing, developing fundraising initiatives, overseeing award and educational programs, managing committees and task forces, and implementing social media campaigns.
She also excels in virtual assistance and management and can be your right hand to develop policy and procedures, organize committees and task forces, schedule and conduct meetings, draft agendas and minutes, maintain calendars, emails and inquiries, manage membership and award programs and campaigns, organize databases, and assist with communications and social media strategies.
