Dear Entrepreneur,
I am Nicole Adamonis and I represent possibility.
My mission is to inspire people to become the best version of themselves.
I have been studying yoga, meditation, and reiki for over 10 years.
I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga and meditation teacher, a traditional Usui Reiki Master and an Integrated Energy Therapy Master.
I was born with serious physical limitations, resulting in chronic pain and fatigue. Through these healing modalities I have been able to manage my life without pain, and accomplish a strong body and mind.
As a licensed esthetician and makeup artist for over 20 years, over time I have learned the importance of integrating the outer self with the inner self.
My goal is to use my skills to help others accomplish a healthy and happy lifestyle, inside and out.
Yoga, meditation and Reiki can shift, align, ground, change, and create a better version of you.
These three modalities assist in the process of accepting where you are, feeling into your body, and taking steps toward who you see yourself being.
Organic skin care and make up are the icing on the cake!
