Here’s a poem I wrote on love during my poetry days and I want to share it with you here…
The Value of Love ❤
Love is a gift to be shown, not only said,
Love is an instrument to be heard and felt, not to be played,
Love is a true act of the heart, not something you see on stage,
Love is unconditional, not a term with conditions,
Love is the cure to healing the wounded,
Love is a tool to construct, not to destroy,
Love is in the heart, not in the mind,
Love is calm, not anxious,
Love is to forgive, not to instigate hate,
Love is the mechanism that controls the chemistry to making that one connection come together,
Love is a scarce and unsaturated state, and an unexplained feeling,
Love is the life given to an individual who has the life to give back the love, not only on certain days, but every day thereafter.
