Recently, I have been working on a book project for my good friend, published author, and Radiant Life Coach; Barbara Steingas and her book called: Solving the Grief Puzzle – Piecing Together Your New Normal Life.
We all go through grief at some point in our path. The key is to know what to do and how to handle our emotions when we find ourselves in a grieving predicament.
Personally, I have lost over 48 friends and family members combined since the year I graduated high school, 1998.
After reading Barbara’s book, it gave me some useful information to help with some remaining debris that was clogging my emotions.
