π Read the salty truth from the field of a Master Mind Minerals (MMMIN) πΆ
Dear Salt Lover,
Your idea of salt was designed to be misunderstood.
Real salt includes over 80 trace minerals essential to the function of the human body.
We are electric beings.
Electricity needs a conductor.
Our conductor is salt.
Salt
Real salt.
Unrefined, sun-dried, mineral-rich salt containing a spectrum of trace minerals:
- Magnesium.
- Potassium.
- Calcium.
- Sodium.
- Chloride.
- Sulfur.
And dozens of micro-elements that exist in minute but meaningful quantities.
These minerals are not random. They are electrolytes. And electrolytes are conductors.
As bio-electric beings, every thought you think, every heartbeat, every muscle contraction, every orgasm, every signal from brain to body travels through electrical gradients.
Sodium and potassium regulate nerve impulses.
Magnesium calms excitability and supports over 300 enzymatic reactions.
Calcium governs contraction and communication between cells.
Chloride supports stomach acid and fluid balance.
These minerals dissolved in water create a charge, and the human body is mostly water.
Pretty cool, right?
Your cerebrospinal fluid is the clear, mineral-rich fluid that bathes the brain and spinal cord. It is not stagnant, and plays what I might consider one of the most important parts of our bodies, for a number of reasons.
It is our life force.
It moves rhythmically with our breath and heartbeat.
It cushions, nourishes, and participates in the electro-chemical signaling of the central nervous system.
The body maintains extremely precise electrolyte ratios in this fluid because nerve transmission depends on voltage differentials across membranes.
That voltage is mineral-dependent.
Without electrolytes, there is no signal.
You hear me talk about energetic frequency often, I am going to consider this to be the physical representation of those frequencies.
Salt helps regulate fluid balance, blood pressure, nerve conduction, and muscle function.
It supports adrenal function and cellular hydration when consumed appropriately and in balance with potassium and magnesium.
The key is quality and proportion.
Now what you find on the shelves at your local grocery store has zero nutrition. None. Zip.
Fuc*ing nada.
And that is why salt has been vilified. More half truths with carefully orchestrated information.
Refined table salt is typically stripped down to nearly pure sodium chloride.
The other naturally occurring trace minerals are removed during processing. Anti-caking agents are often added.
Some brands add iodine, some do not.
Iodine is essential for thyroid hormone production, metabolic regulation, and proper development.
The thyroid influences metabolism, temperature regulation, and energy production throughout the body.
If someone relies solely on non-iodized salt and does not consume iodine-rich foods, deficiency is likely to occur. Balance matters. Salt matters.
I discovered this salt a few years ago and it really resonated with my body.
It is the only salt I use. It comes straight from the Sea of Cortez, where it is dehydrated by the sunshine!
This adds additional high frequency properties to the salt, locking in the blueprint of the water, the air, and the sun. No additives. No other ingredients.
And no, this is not an advertisement. I have no affiliation with any company but my own.
I am just sharing my findings on wellness. I am not selling salt… yet.
Salt is essential, but more is not better.
Too much sodium can raise blood pressure and stress the cardiovascular system, especially in salt-sensitive individuals.
People with hypertension, kidney disease, adrenal disorders, or specific medical conditions should consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing their sodium intake.
Minerals are powerful. So is imbalance.
Use discernment. Use moderation. Use common sense.
Wellness is not about extremes, itβs about understanding what youβre putting into your body and why.
