Sometimes you need to just swallow your pride and offer an open mind to others in order to find common ground and move forward in your conversation in a powerful and engaging way that benefits all parties involved. Holding on to your pride may feel good at the time but in the long run it will engulf you and cause more damage that will have long lasting and harmful results.
