Margaret enjoys almost three decades in the wellness/weight loss industry. She had a seventeen- year run as a speaker and trainer for Weight Watchers, and the last twelve years as an international speaker, wellness coach, and media personality. She presents wellness programs at corporate functions, higher learning institutions, women’s organizations, medical facilities, and cruise ships. Margaret is a continuing education instructor at Hofstra University, a global instructor at Learn It Live, and a trainer at Balancing Life’s Issues.
Her first book Body, Mind, & Mouth was followed by her e-book, Five-Finger Food Guide. Margaret’s new book, Healthy Living Means Living Healthy is due out in April of 2016.
